Ingredients: 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks 3/4 cup sweet orange marmalade 3/4 cup BBQ sauce 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce etc.
Instructions:
Step number one. In a large skillet on the stovetop, over medium heat, brown the chunks of chicken. Chicken does not have to be completely cooked through, just cook until the chicken is mostly cooked. Remove pan from the stove and drain any liquid from the pan.
Step 02, In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the marmalade, BBQ sauce, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring the chicken and sauced is mixed together. Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 3-hours.
Next, Sauce may look thin after it is done coking, but it will thicken up later. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
