Ingredients: 2 lbs. red potatoes ¼ cup olive oil Potato Seasoning 1 teaspoon rosemary ¾ teaspoon oregano And so on.
Instructions:
Step number one. Combine the potato seasoning mixture in a small bowl and set aside.
And then, Slice the potatoes into ½ inch thick slices. I like to thinly slice the round ends off so that each side of potato is able to lay flat on the grill.
