3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
4-5 grinds fresh black pepper

  • Step 1. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, black pepper, and salt. Combine mayonnaise mixture with chopped eggs. Add onion, chives, and bacon. Fold in avocado.
