Ingredients: 1 tbsp Butter Unsalted 1 tbsp Oil 1.5 pound Steak Flank, Sirloin or Skirt steak, Thinly sliced into 1/2 inch strips 2 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Paprika etc.
