Step number one. To make the Peanut Butter Cookie dough, cream the butter and peanut butter in a mixer until fully combined. Add 1/2 cup of flour and mix until the flour is incorporated. Mix in granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla until the dough is fluffy. Add in baking soda and baking powder. Finally, mix in the remaining 2 cups of flour, 1 cup at a time.
