Instructions:
Step number 1. To make sauce, combine vinegar, broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch and Splenda in bowl. Set aside.
Step 02, Spray a large saute pan with Vegetable Cooking Spray and place over high heat.
Step three, When the pan is very hot, add garlic and saute until fragrant. You may add a bit of extra broth to prevent garlic from sticking to pan. Add the broccoli and saute until tender about 5 minutes or longer depending on how tender you like your broccoli.
