Ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin 1 lb ground beef, or meat of choice - pork or turkey would also work! 1/2 onion, chopped 2 peppers (any color), chopped into 1 inch pieces 2 garlic cloves, minced Check below.
